The main tasks of the role are:

– Installation and maintenance of structured cabling infrastructure in a commercial or industrial environment

– Termination of network points and patch panels

– Setup and organisation of Data Networks and Server Cabinets

– Testing & Certification of Data Networks 

– Patching and Cable Management 

– Termination & Testing of Fibre Optic Networks

– Installation and setting up of WiFi, CCTV, Alarm, Access Control, VoIP Equipment

– Maintaining and updating of documentation including network drawings, and certification

The minimum requirements of the role are:

– Two year’s of experience in a similar position

– A valid driving licence
