Data Racks & Cabinets

A data network typically consists of a medium, such as copper, fibre optic and/or wifi, end-user devices and a network cabinet housing essential equipment for the organisation’s communication and data infrastructure.

Within the rack, you’ll find network switches, routers and patch panels facilitating data distribution. Power Distribution Units (PDUs) efficiently manage power supply while cable management solutions, like trays or organisers, maintain a neat cable arrangement. For security, firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems, may also be housed within the cabinet. Rack-mounted servers, could also be present for specific applications supporting critical business functions

InterTek has a large selection of different types of racks and data cabinets that are unique for every situation, from cable racks to full size data cabinets and everything in between.
